Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineers- Otlico, Salt Lake City, Utah, Mar 25, 1020 Notice is hereby given that Walter James of Black Rock, Utah has made application in accordance with the I requirements or the Compiled laws I of Utah. 1917, as amended bv the j Session Laws of Utah. 1910, to ap-ipropriate ap-ipropriate one-hundredth (.01) of a second-foot of water from Upper Pine Spring in Beaver County. Said Spring Sp-ring is in unsurveyed territory and is situate at a point from which' a monument mon-ument marked "B. O. Clav" bears S 03 dog. 02 Min. W 1 0,074 ft, which monument is about thirtv miles west r.f yen-house in the northwest corner) of Beaver County. The water is to be conveyed by nyansof a pipe lino I 63 deg. 02 Min. W. 19.074 fe. which used from January 1 to December 31 inclusive, each year for stock watering water-ing purposes. This application if designated in the State Engineer'?, office as No. S391. All protests against the granting' of said application, stating the reas-t ons therefor, must he made by a Hi-' davit, in duplicate, accompanied wit'i a fee of $2.50 and filed in this office within thirty (3il) days after the completion of the publication of this notice. ; '' P.
