Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Slate Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Mar. 3, 1020 Notice is hereby given that William Wil-liam B. Ridgely, of Salt Lake City. Utah, has made application in accordance accor-dance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, Ut-ah, 1919, to appropriate two (2 second-feet of water from Pine Grove Gro-ve Creek, in Beaver County. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears N 86 deg, 15 min. E. 2050 feet from the northeast cor. of Section 34, Township 28 South, I, 16 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Meri-dian, and conveyed by means of a flume for a distance of 300 feet and used in the Pine Grove Mining District Dis-trict at the Ridgely Mine from Jarf-uary Jarf-uary 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year for general mining and milling purposes. This application ap-plication is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 8344. All. protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $2.50, and filed in the office offi-ce within thirty (30 days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
