Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, ..Salt.. Lake City, Utah, February 26, 1919 Notice is hereby given that Mas-er Mas-er Dalley, whose postoffice address Is Cedtr City Utah, has. made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of 19 07, as amended by Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate ap-propriate one-tenth (.1) of a second-foot second-foot of water from Cane Spring Branch in Beaver County. Said water will be diverted by means of a dam across the natural channel of the stream at a point which bears north 49 minutes east 25.535 feet from the closing corner of sections 4 and .5, Township 31 South, Range 17 West. Salt Lake Base and Meridian and there used from January 1 to December 31. inclusive, of each year for stock watering purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 7892. All pnotests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affl. davit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $2.50. and filed in this office offi-ce within thirty f30) davs after the completion of the publication of this notice.
