America Amer-ica has none. And its interests have to be conserved mainly by the Amer-, lean legations In The Hague and Copenhagen. Two stranded American sailors reached town recently, expecting passports pass-ports here. They were penniless hut expected n lift. They couldn't get a passport right away ; maybe by waiting long enough they might have had one through the Spanish embassy. Probably Prob-ably I hey passed the borders somehow some-how "on their own;" It can he done, but It's unpleasant.
