Show PACIFIC FRUIT EXPRESS W. B. COON, MANAGER During the year the P. F. E iced at their Milford plant 10,287 cars. There were 230 cars of ice used during dur-ing the summer months. There are twelve men employed. The payroll for this company at Milford during 1919 amounted to $13,280 . There is no dubbt but that the P. F. E. company will shortly enlarge their plant at Milford. There 'is great need of an ice storage as well as greater platform facilities. Many cars of ice are shipped into Milford and must remain in the cars until needed. This causes an awful loss in shrinkage. |
