Copies of said lists, so far as they relate to said tracts by descriptive subdivisions, have been conspicuously conspicuous-ly posted In this offiffice for inspection inspec-tion by any person interested and by the public generally. During the prlod of publication of this notice, or any time there after, af-ter, and before final approval and certification, under departmental re gulatlonq of Ap'il 25, 1907, protest; or contes's against the claim of the State to any of the tracts or subdivisions subdi-visions hereinbefore described on the ground that the same is more valuable val-uable for mineral than for agricultural agricul-tural purposes, will be received and noted for report to the General Land Office Washington. D. C. Failure so to protest or contest, within the time specified, will be considered sufficient evidence of non-mineru' character of the tracts and the ectlons thereof, being otherwise free from objection, will be approved to the Stat.
