Show NOTICE United Stat 5 Land Office, Salt Lake City, Utah August 24, 1920 To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given that the State of Utah has filed in this office lists of lands, selected by the said State, under section 6 of theAct of Congress, approved July 15. 1894, as Indemnity School lands viz: Serial No. 026 87 9. ' NW 1-4 NW 1-4, Section 17, Town ship 23 South, Range 19 West, Salt Lake Meridian. Copies of said lists, so far as they relate to said tracts ty descriptive subdivisions, have been conspicuously conspicuous-ly posted in this office for inspection by any person Interested and by tb public generally. During the period of publication of this notice, or any time thereafter and befor final approval and certification, certifi-cation, under departmental regulations regula-tions of April 25. 1907. protests or contests against the claim of the State to any of the tracts or subdivisions subdi-visions hereinbefore described on the ground that the same is more valuable valua-ble for mineral than for agricultural agricultur-al purposes, will be received and not ed for report to the General Land Office at Washington. D. C. Failure so to protect o.- contest, within the time specified, will be considered sufficient evidence of non-mineral character of the tracts and the selections se-lections thereof, being otherwise free from objection, will be approved to the State.
