Show NOTICE OF CONTEST Department of the Interior, TJ. 8. Land Office, Salt Lake City, Utah . November 12, 1920 To Charles Ruck of Nada, Utah, Contestee: You aie hereby notified that J. A. Southworth, who gives Frisco, Utah, as his postofflce address, did ou October 6, 1920, file in this office his duly corroborated application to contest and secure the cancellation of your homestead Entry No. 01S202 Serial No. 01 82 02, made January ; 17, 1917, for SE 1-4 NW 1-4; lots 3 ! and 4. E 1-2 SW 1-4, Section 19; E 1-2 NW 1-4, NE 1-4 SW 1-4 Section 30 Township 30 south, Range 13 W, Salt Lake Meridian, and as grounds for his contest he alleges that en-tryman en-tryman did not maintain residence upon the land more than two months mon-ths at any one time, nor more than three months since the filing on the entry; that entryman has never plow ed or cleared any of the ground on said entry, nor cultivated any of Baid ground; that failure to so comply com-ply with the laws and requirements has not been due to military service and that entryman has not served in the army, marines or navy.
