Show ADVERTISING REDUCES SELLING COSTS Advertising is like a straight line the shortest distants between two points the producer and the consumer. It cuts out the grades, curves and the angles. It makes a drop of ink do the work of a sales-5 sales-5 man. Bear in mind that goods can never be sold un- less there is a demand, and advertising creates this , demand in the simplist, most direct and least expen-J expen-J sive way. No other sales method can equal it in mag- nitude or return for a minimum of cost. And the big returns from the advertising also cut down the manufacturing cost that's another saving.
