Show Miss Bernice Lee is spending the week in Salt Lake City and Lehi. Mrs. J. M. Wilson has been verv ill for a week. George Thompson of Beaver returned re-turned Thursday from overseas service. ser-vice. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Hanks and family fam-ily returned last week from a visit wdth relatives in Parowan. Ben Davis of Beaver came in from Salt Lake Monday night where he has been to sell three cars of cattle. Clark Kesler and family returned Sunday night from a ten day visit in Beaver and Pauguitch. Word has just been received from Brown Bush. He is now on this side and will soon be a private citizen Mrs. C. A Reed and little granddaughter, grand-daughter, Carrol Staats who have been visiting at the home of the former's for-mer's daughter, Mrs. C. J. Mclntire, returned Monday night to Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Butterbaugh, Mr. and Mrs. VanFleet and Mrs. and Mrs Heindenrich returned Friday night from a week's outing at Fish Luke. Jack and Bob Sherwood purchased the Mathews truck and transfer business bus-iness last Wednesday and now have three trucks to carry on the Milford transfer business. Ed Arrington is now employed by the firm. Jack Sherwood antl C. A. Arrington Arring-ton purchased the ,Vynaught Bea-ver-Milford transfer business and three big trucks last week Mr. Sherwood Sher-wood will give his time to this transfer trans-fer business, while his brother will look after the Milford city business. ! i I Cline and Wm. Dobson Sr. antl Wm. Dobson Jr. went to Ogden last week where , they had a short visit with their son , and brother. Harold Dobson. He has just recently returned from France and was in charge of a detachment of soldiers on their way from Camp Upton. New York to San Francisco, for di-charge from service. j |
