TRIUMPH MINING COMPANY In the County of Beaver, State of Utah NOTICE NoUce is hereby given: That the taxes on the personal property of Triumph Mining Com-p Com-p a n y of Beaver County State of Utah, for the year 1918 are now delinquent and therefore in accordance ac-cordance with the Laws of the State of Utah, the said personal property of the said Triumph Mining Company Com-pany or so much thereof as may be necessary, will be sold at Public Auction, on the 24th day of June A. D. 1919, at The Mine of said Triumph Tri-umph Mining Company in Beaver County, Utah, at the hour of 3:30 p. m. of said day for an amount sufficient to cover said delinquent taxes the nennltv thereon and all ex penses connected with said sale and all expenses necessary for travel, seizing, handling keeping or caring for the property to be sold. In accordance with the Laws of the State of Utah, I have this day seized the following described per sonal property. Being the personal property of the above named Triumph Tri-umph Mining Company. Property consists of bunk houses, machinery and various kinds of tools and boilers, compressor etc. In witness whereof, I have hereun to set my hand this 2nd day of February, Feb-ruary, A. D., 1919.
