Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Sitate Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Vtah, Mar. 3, 1!20 Notice is hereby given that William Wil-liam B. Ridgely, of Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance accor-dance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, Ut-ah, 1919, to- appropriate two (2) ve Creek, in Beaver County. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears N S6 deg. 15 min, E 20-5 20-5 0 feet from the northeast corner of Section 34, Township 28 South, E 16 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Meri-dian, and conveyed by means of a flume for a distance of 300 feet and used in the Pine Grove Mining District Dis-trict at the Ridgely Mine from January Jan-uary 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year for general mining and milling purposes. After being so used 1 1-2 sec. ft. of the water, wil1 be returned at a point N S6 deg., 10 min. E. 195 0 ft from the northeast corner of said Section 34. This application ap-plication is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 8344. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $2.50, and filed in the office offi-ce within thirty (30 days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
