Show V New Officers Elected By Women's Auxiliary The Womens Auxiliary to Esca-i Esca-i lante Post No. 1546, Veterans of j ! Foreign Wars, elected new officers ; j April 13 at a meeting conducted ! by Mrs. Tanis Strofeld, retiring ! president. The following will ' serve for the 1943-44 Auxiliary I year: Mrs. Ethel Smith, president; 1 Mrs. Florence Barnes, senior vice ! president; Mrs. Venona Gleason, i junior vice president; Mrs. Nona i Decker, treasurer; Mrs. Lois Wlad- dingham, chaplain; Mrs. Marvel jConnell, conductress; Mrs. Verda . Smith, guide; Mrs. Dora Smithson, ! patriotic instructor; Mrs. Nona Decker, historian; Mrs. Virginia j Uren and Mrs. Lena Morris, color bearers; and Mrs. Margaret Mur-dock, Mur-dock, trustee for 18 months term. Mrs. Josephine Mordant, depaht-j depaht-j ment president, acted as installing install-ing officer and was presented jwith a lovely gift from the Auxiliary. Auxi-liary. Mrs. Tanis Strofeld was ' given a past president's pin. Preceding the business meeting a hot chicken dinner was served : under the direction of a committee ; composed of Mrs. W. G. Wnite, Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Barnes. Other out-of-town members pres.- ent were Mrs. Clara McFadden j and Mrs. Agnes Kennart of Salt . Lake City.
