Show Bride Honored With Showers By Friends Mrs. J. L. Low was hostess to (the G. I. A. club and other invited guests Monday evening honoring Miss Virgia Killam, a bride of the week. Members of the club presented pre-sented Miss Killam with a lovely present. Those present were Mes-dames Mes-dames C. 0. Sportsman, Grover Cuddy, J. C. Jeffers, J. P. Holm, F. Kuchenmiester, W. K. Dawson and A. H. Connell, Miss Mildred Mil-dred Killam, Miss Laura Loeffler, Mrs. Cecil Killam, Mrs. J. R. Mur-dock Mur-dock sr., Mrs. L. D. McFadden, . y and Mrs. J- D. Johnson. Miss Maxine Kirk gave a miscellaneous mis-cellaneous shower at the D. E. Kirk home Tuesday evening in honor of Miss Virgia Killam, bride-to-be. The evening was spent playing bridge, after which a delightful de-lightful luncheon was served. The high score prize was won by Beth Coleman and consolation prize by Sarah Pool. Those present were Virgia Killam, Ruth and Sarah T Pool, Olive McCulloy, Beth Coleman, Cole-man, Grace McMunn, Emma Patterson, Pat-terson, Renee Smith, Margaret Cochrane, Lucile Frazier, Norma White, Laura Loeffler, Madeleine Keough, Maxine Kirk and Lois Williams. |
