Show Two-Day Outing At Lake Planned ! By R & F. Club j Puffers lake, always a favorite with lovers of the outdoors, will be the sport center of all southern Utah on Sunday and Monday, Aug- ust 9-10, at which time the Beaver ' County Fish and Game club will stage a big sport and outing event that it is proposed to continue as an annual affair of growing importance. im-portance. Tentative plans for the outing I and sports contests were formulat ed at a meeting of the club held; Monday evening at Beaver and at- j tended by both Milford and Beaver sports enthusiasts, who decided on these dates as the least likely to interfere with other activities. Business establishments of the two towns and others will be solicited for prizes to be awarded in the various contests, which wil include in-clude fly casting, bait casting, boat racing (rowing and outboard), foot racing, horse racing, tafget shooting, shoot-ing, boxing and other events, together to-gether with prizes for the largest fish caught.
