Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, April 20, 1923: Notice i9 hereby given that Henry N. Standish whose post-office post-office address is Bingham Canyon, Can-yon, Utah, has made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended amend-ed by the Session Laws of Utah 1919, to appropriate two-tenths (.2) of a Sec. Ft. of water from Bingham Creek in Salt Lake County. Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point S. 78 deg. 55 min. E. 1746.5 ft. from the Eti corner of Sec. 27. Town-1 Town-1 ship 3 South, Range 3 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and conveyed by means of a flume a distance of 585 ft. and there used from January 1st to Dec. 31st, inclusive, of each year for the purpose of precipitating precipi-tating the copper contained in the water. After having been so used the water will be returned re-turned to the natu ral channel at a point N. 82 deg. 18 min. E. 1753 ft. from the said Et corner cor-ner of Sec. 27, T. 3 S R. 3. W., S. L. Mer. This application is designated in the Mate Engineer's Engin-eer's Office as No. 1)279. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a foe of $1.00 and filed in this office of-fice within thirty (30) days after af-ter the completion of the publication publi-cation of this notice.
