Kuchenmeister had spent three days in Millard county, coun-ty, chicken hunting. They reported report-ed a successful trip. Miss Ardath Johnson had gone to Preston, Idaho, for a visit. Al Cline, manager of the Golden Rule store, had returned from California where he had made a wide-spread purchase of many late novelties, fashionable wearing apparel and choice fabrics for fall and winter. Mrs. Jack Theissen was hostess to the bridge club. Those present i were Mrs. Will Elmer, Mrs. C. C. Sloan, Mrs. J. R. Murdock jr., Mrs. J. M. Williams, Mrs. Will Fernley. Mrs. George Harris, Mrs . P. J. Evans and Mrs. Bert Moore. The G. I. A. had met at the home of Mrs. J. C. Jeffers. The evening was spent playing 500 with high scores 'being ,won by Mrs. Conway and Mrs. G. W.l White and lew score by Mrs. I Charles Husbands and Mrs. J. C.1 Jeffers. Dr. Parrish had reported the birth of two baby girls at Miners-: ville to Mr. and , Mrs. Blane Ro- w berts and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bonner. I o |
