I This action is brought to recover re-cover judgment against the said defendants named and each of them in the sum of S526.49, together to-gether with interest, as follows: 1. On his first cause of action, for the sum of $201.49. for work and labor performed by plaintiff for defendants; j 2. On his second cause of action, for the sum of $95.55 for goods. WQres and merchandise sold, and delivered by Tri-State Lumber : Company, plaintiff's assignor, to defendants; 3. On his third cause of actTon, ;for the sum of 827.45 for goods, .wares and merchandise sold and delivered by Jefferson Mercantile Company, plaintiff's assignor, to defendants; 4. On his fourth cause of action, for the sum of S15.00 on a bank check payable to Phil Wright, ; plaintiff's assignor, which said check, together with all other checks herein mentioned was made, executed and delivered by said defendants to the persons herein named and which said checks were unpaid upon presentation presen-tation to payee bank for pay- ; ment: I 5. On his fifth cause of action, for J20.00 on bank check payable to William Hoff, plaintiff's assignor; as-signor; 1 6.
