Show ORDINANCENO. 26 AN ORDINANCE regulating the hours when Beer Parlors may remain re-main open and providing penalties for the violation thereof. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OP MILFORD, UTAH: Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the owner, keeper, manager of, or employee in any beer parlor or place of business selling or licensed licens-ed to sell draft beer, to allow or permit such place of business to remain open for business between the hours of twelve o'clock midnight mid-night and six a.m. of the following day. Section 2. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, misde-meanor, and upon conviction shall be punished bv a fine of not less than Ten Dollars, ($10.00), or more than Fifty Dollars, ($50.00), or by imprisonment in the town jail for a term not to exceed ten days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. im-prisonment.
