Mrs. H. M. Hearn and her mother, mo-ther, Mrs. Elizabeth Allred, returned return-ed to Milford Thursday morning ing from Salt Lake City, where Mrs. Allred had been receiving medical attention. The little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vance Fisher suffered a badly bruised arm and shoulder Monday morning when the little one climbed up to the wringer of the family washing machine while the mother was out of the room for a moment. mo-ment. Luckily, an examination by Dr. Shannon disclosed no broken bones. Mrs. B. E. Hutchins entertained the Big Four club and guests at bridge last Thursday evening. Those present were Mesdames J. C. Jeffers, Ray Malstrom, J. H. Hanlon, G. C. Cuddy, C. 0. Sportsman, Sports-man, Lloyd Lee, C. F. Decker and Jack Weston. Mrs. Malstrom won the club prize and Mrs. Weston the guest prize. j Mrs. Lieutenant Morris entertained enter-tained at bridge Wednesday evening even-ing at hsr home in the Forgie apartments. Those present were Mesdair.es Ross Palmer, Faye Bradfield, J. M. Walker, Harry Garfield, Clarence Grimshaw, Ray Mills, A. D. Mclntire and Mrs. Yeager. Mrs. Walker and Mrs. Yeager received the prizes for high points and honors and Mrs. Garfield Gar-field the consolation prize. |
