Show Local Rebekahs Attend Assembly Members of the degree staff of Victory Rebekah lodge No. 43, headed by their captain, Mrs. Dora Casterline, went to Salt Lake City May 20, to take part in the Rebekah assembly. They took charge of the seating of the assembly officers and the representative repre-sentative to the A. R. A. They were highly complimented on the beautiful cei-emony and the execution exe-cution of their drill. Miss Gladys Coleman, grand marshal of the assembly and member of the local lodge, was seated and presented with a lovely corsage. All officers were presented pre-sented flowers and President Sylvia Syl-via Cary was presented with a lovely gift from this lodge. ! Those accompanying Mrs. Casterline Cas-terline were staff members Frances Fran-ces Jefferson, Sadie Litchfield, Asenath Pool, Bertha Cottrell, Georgia Stonehocker, Clara Mc-Fadden, Mc-Fadden, Agnes Kauert, Maud Hearn1 and Leona Demarious. Several of the ladies stayed for the sessions Tuesday and Wednesday. Wednes-day. Freda Outzen was a delegate to the assembly and will make her official report to Victory Rebekah lodge No. 43 at their next meeting meet-ing June 5. |
