These committees,, some 2S in number, have previous-j lv been announced in the county, papers and include Beaver, Min-j ersville and Milford men, w.men! and boys in their personnel. ; 'I he mee ing is of the most urgent ur-gent nature, according to Mr. Bar- ton, as it is extremely important that plans be so worked ou.f that j there will be an absence of dupli- cation and interference in the work to be done by these committees. commit-tees. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, September 8-9-10, are the dates selected for this year's fair, which will be held at Beaver, and these dates have been accepted by the p ate fair board as well adapted to this section and fitting in nicely with similar events in other parts (f the state. The 19:50 county fair is scheduled to be held in Milford under an alternating plan set up when the general committee was appointed by the hoard of county commissioners. Appointment to the various committees is not to be taken as' an empty hrnor and ending just there. There is plenty of work to be done by each committee and it! will take the united effort of .the complete membership to accomp- j lish the objectives of the fair board. Don't forget: Saturday j evening, April 9, is the time ot this meeting and the place is the Beaver high school auditorium. |
