The extravaganza, ex-travaganza, which comes to the Firmage theatre Tuesday, Wednesday Wed-nesday and Thursday, features Adolph Menjou and Xavier Cugat and his orchestra in support of the stars. Friday and Saturday Bringing to the screen a dramatic dra-matic story of the "soldier triho fights without guns," RKO Radio's "Army Surgeon" comes to the Firmage theatre Friday as one of the pictures of a double feature show. James' Ellison plays the title role of an army medical officer, of-ficer, and Jane Wyatt and Kent Taylor are co-featured with him. Most of its action takes place in tils' front-line trenches during the last war. Built around the exploits of a young westerner posing as a reckless reck-less bandit in order to trap hijackers hi-jackers who are systematically robbing the miners of a frontier community, "Fighting Frontier" is one of the most exciting and colorful of all the Tim Holt stirrers stir-rers to date. This picture comes to the Firmage theatre as the other feature of a double show. V |
