Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Nielsen were among those spending Thanksgiving out of town. They were the guests of Mrs. Nielsen's sister and family in Cedar City. Mrs. Paul Grundy and small daughter daugh-ter are spending a few days with home folks in Fillmore. Mr. Grundy is first cook at the Desert Range C C C camp. Mrs. Robert Schram of Fairfax, Washington, formerly Miss Marjorie Thompson, is here, visiting her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. James Thompson, and family. - Robert G. Munford, father of the Misses Katherine, Irene and Margaret Margar-et Munford, has been visiting in Milford and Salt Lake City with friends and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Les Farnon and daughters returned from Las Vegas Saturday after spending Thanksgiving Thanks-giving with Mrs. Farnon's1 parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Morley. Mrs. J. C. Mr. and Mrs. M. H. Pool motored to Cedar Cty Sunday, accompanied by their daughters, Sarah and Ruth, who resumed their studies at the B. A. C, after spending the Thanksgiving Thanks-giving holidays in Milford. E. D. Bardsley and son Jack left Saturday for Marysvale after a business visit here for several days. They and Mrs. Bardsley are expected to return to Milford in the near future to make their home for the winter. J. J. Keough is leaving Thursday morning for Los Angeles to take in the big U. S. C.-Notre Dame football game on Saturday. He saw the game two years ago when these two teams played on the coast and swore he would see them again when they next met. Funeral 'services are to be held Sunday in Salt Lake for Mrs. A. R. Hamilton, 36, of Beaver, who died suddenly Wednesday night in Salt Lake, where she had gone for dental treatment. Mr. Hamilton is a director direc-tor of the Milford State bank and wellknown throughout southern Utah as a stockman. Mr. and Mrs. Don Skinner and baby son Donnie Ray, of Tooele, returned re-turned home Saturday, after spending spend-ing Thanksgiving with Mrs. Skinner's mother, Mrs. Freda Outzen, and other relatives and friends. With the Skinner baby here, it was possible to group five generations: Mrs. Alice De Witt of Marysvale, Mrs. D. A. Workman, Mrs. Outzen, Mrs. Skinner and the baby. The Pierian club met at the home of Mrs. Frank Lowe Friday evening with a lesson in government, an article read by Mrs. L. G. Clay and several current topics by other members mem-bers being given, after which dainty refreshments were served by the hostess. Those present were Mes-dames Mes-dames Roy White sr., I. L. Kelly, J. R. Murdock sr., Vena E. Wilson, O. C. Koch, L. G. Clay, D. S. Williams, C. O. Frake and Miss Freda Koch. Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Smith left forj Salt Lake Wednesday in the J.
