Show ADDITIONAL TIME FOR CROP LOANS The time for submitting applica-! applica-! tions for all types of crop production i loans has been extended to May 15, j it was announced Tuesday by George j E. Glen, manaager of the Salt Lake I regional office. The deadline originally origin-ally was set for April 30. The time wa extended by authorization authori-zation of P:. C. W. Warburton, national na-tional head of the organization, because be-cause of the retarded growing season in the west, which has prevented many farmers from realizing their needs until now. Mr. Glen urged that farmers in the six states under the jurisdiction of his office, who desire loans, make application ap-plication as soon as possible through county agents or field inspectors of the loan office. Mr. Glen said that approximately 10,000 applications for loans have been received to date. |
