Show TOWN AND CAMP TO ENTERTAIN The first of a series of exchange programs in which the desert rang? C. C. C, camp and Milford as a community com-munity will participate, will be given next Wednesday evening, July 19, at the west camp at Wah Wah springs. Numbers on the program to be given at that time are as follows: Community singing. Girls' chorus, direction of Miss Stella Hollis. Vocal solo, Miss Madeline Keough. Men's quartet, direction of Dr. C.j I!. Parish. Saxophone solo, I'.oy Rogers. j Vocal duet, Miss 's Helen Bird and ( Losabel Jones. Vocal solo, Mrs. Les Farnon. Accordion solo, Vernon Burns. In exchange for this entertainment the camp boys will favor Milford with a return program, probably on Wednesday, July 20, though this date has not definitely been set. If possible pos-sible the programs will be carried out for the remainder of the summer on this same basis and, to this end, the hearty cooperation of the entire community com-munity is desired. The public is cordially invited to attend both camp and town programs but transportation to the camp will, o necessity, have to be arranged for by those going, except in the case of those on the various programs, whose transportation will be taken care of by the committee. All those who are to participate in Wednesdays entertainment enter-tainment are requested to be at the M. E. church, prepared to leave town promptly at 6:30 o'clock. This exchange of entertainments is planned as an all-contmunity activity and, as such, should have the wholehearted whole-hearted support of everybody which will be necessary if the project is to be the success it should be and if the boys in the camp are to return to their homes with the wholesome and enthusiastic regard for Milford which is desirable from every point of view. The committee having charge of this project is as follows: A. E. Clark, -chairman; W. F. Cottrell, vice-chairman; Gladys Coleman, Mrs. F .E. Casterline and Mrs. Fotheringham. .
