NOTICE OF REDEMPTION TOWN OF MILFORD, UTAH WATER BONDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Milford, Beaver County, State of Utah, has called for redemption redemp-tion on April 1, A. D. 1931, the following follow-ing bonds of said town: 860,000.00 Town of Milford, Beaver Countv, State of Utah, Water Bonds, dated April 1, 1921, due April 1, 1941, redeemable at the option of said town on April 1, 1931, bearing interest at the rate of six percentum (6 percent) per annum, payable semi-annually 011 the first days of April and October in each year, numbered from one (1) to eighty (80), both inclusive, bonds numbered from one (1) to forty (40), inclusive, in denominations of $1,000 each, and bonds numbered from forty- one (41) to eighty (80), inclusive, in denominations of $500 each. Funds for the payment of said bonds and the interest thereon will be in hands of the National Bank of Commerce in New York City, New York, the place where said bonds are payable by their terms on April 1, 1931.
