The creamery is proving to be a great benefit to the country. W. C. Perry has installed a splen-dfd splen-dfd soda water fountain in connection connec-tion with his other busness. The two story Abplanalp building build-ing is up to the square and a big crew of mechanics are pushing the timber work through. Tost Master Fitzwater has just had half glass doors put in the rear end of the new office to supply sufficient suf-ficient light. Mr. and Mrs. Mark S. Wooley and Mr. and Mrs. Henery F. Burton made an overland trip to Salt Lake on Tuesday. The Burtons will spend the summer there and Mr. Wooley will return in a few days with friends who are coming In to look over the country. Albert Stevenson took his family fami-ly and Mrs. Lewis and daughter, Eva, to Helper the last of the week. Mrs. Lewis . Is returning to her home in Provo after a two years stay among ns. She and her son, Melvln, have proved up on a homestead on Blue bench. Mrs. Stevenson and children will visit relatives In the southern part of the state. Mr. and Mrs. Cammerer and Mr. and Mrs. P. W. Billings went up the Strawberry picnicing on Sunday and report a splendid time. O. H. Jolley, Jr., who, with his family 6pent the winter in Provo, returned last week to arrange business busi-ness matters and to prepare for a years absence. He will remain in Provo for another school year where two of the girls will attend high chool and the oldest boy. Manning, will begin his course in college. Mr. and Mtb. John Holgate of Mt Emmons spent Friday In Duchesne. Du-chesne. While here they sent an order of $130.00 for bee supplies to a house In Ogden. They have about 100 colonies of bees on the Lake-fork Lake-fork river. Part of them are thelt own and part are rented. Mr. and Mrs. Heber Preece returned re-turned home on Saturday from a visit with relatives in Vernal. Mrs. Carl Johnson came In on Sunday's stage from Provo Tvhere 6he spent the winter. Grant and Eva Murdock, Olga Schonian and Lavon Billings have all returned from points outside whert they have attended high school. Grant was at Logan, Eva at the Jordan High, Olga at the Ogden high school and Lavon at the B. Y. U. We are glad to have them back among us. Mr. and Mrs.. Carl Fletkan of Bo neta were doing business and visit lng among us one day last week. The family of Bishop Billings have returned home after an absence of a month. Both Mr. and Mrs. Billings Bill-ings are much Improved in health. Miss Afton Pope Is employed as clerk and bookkeeper in tho store of Marsing and sons. The family of Bert Wyman left us on Monday going to Stockmore, where they will spend tho summer and go on to" Idaho later. Professor Clark of Tabby conducted conduct-ed a choir practice on Monday night preparing singers for conference to be held at Boneta the last of the month. Mr. Clark is a splendid choir man. W. D.
