Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office Salt Lake City, Uu.h, April 28. 1916. Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Valley Canal Company, whose post office address is Myton, Utah, has made application in accordance ac-cordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915. to appropriate ap-propriate one hundred (100) cubic-feet cubic-feet of water per second from the Duchesne River, Duchesne County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears south 80 degrees de-grees 27 minutes west 2640 feet from the northeast corner of the northwest north-west quarter of Section 5, Township 4 south. Range 4 west, Uintah base and meridian, and conveyed by means of a canal for a distance of 106,000 feet, and there used from April 15 to October 31, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 7000 acres of land embraced em-braced in Sections 33 and 35, Township Town-ship 3 south, Range 2 west; Sections Sec-tions 6, 6, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 and 24, Township 4 south, Range 1 west; Sections 1, 3, 4. 5, 8. 9. 10, 11. 13, 14. 15. 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 29, Township 4 south. Range 2 west; Sections 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14, Township Town-ship 4 south, Range 3 west, Uintah base and meridian. As much water aa may be necessary will be U6ed 1 during the entire year for domestic purposes. This application is designated desig-nated in the State Engineer's office as No. 6610. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the rea- sons therefor, must be made by af- ' fidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office of-fice within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this . notice.
