This sale is made under a Decree of Foreclosure in equity in said cause and court; the property to be sold is situated in Millard County, Utah, and particularly described as follows: The Southeast quarter of the North West quarter (SE1 NW) of Section Thirty-feur (34), Town ship Nire'een (19) South, Range Eight (8) West, except the right of way of the Salt Lake, Los Angeles and San Pedro Railroad, and any town lots that may have been previously previ-ously deeded as shown by the county records.
