To all persons interested: NOTICE is hereby given that on 'lie 1st day of March, A. D. 1921. the Board of Supervisors of Millard ounty Drainage District No. 3, in Millard Mil-lard County, bt.. Hied with the Board of County Commissioners of Millard County, Utah, a written request praying pray-ing that the said Board of County Commissioners at once order a special spe-cial drainage bond election to be held in "aid Millard County Drainage District Dis-trict No. 3, to submit to the qualified voters in said District at said eiec-.ion, eiec-.ion, the question "Shall the Board of Supervisors of said drainage Dis-rict Dis-rict be authorized to issue the bonds of said District in the sum of $440,000.00 (Four Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars), for the purpose oi .uijitig mnds and money from the .aie tnereof with which to construct drains, drainage canals and other re-iuired re-iuired improvements, deemed neces-jary neces-jary to drain lands in said district, n;U to conserve the public health ..i'.tl welfare, said bonds to run not .ess than ten years nor more than iorty years, and to bear interest, payable pay-able semi-annually at a rate not exceeding ex-ceeding six per cent per annum, to be called 'Drainage District Bonds,' nd the proceeds of which shall be used for no other purpose than paying pay-ing the cost of completing the construction con-struction of such drains, drainage, canals or other like work deemed accessary to drain lauds within said district, and to conserve the public aealih and welfare?" Said Board of County Commissioners, Commis-sioners, after due consideration of .aid request tbr the calling of said bond election, did, on the said 1st day of March, order a special election .or said purpose, and notice is hereby iiven, pursuant to ejection 2071 of Chapter 41 of Session Laws of Utah, 1919, that such election has been calied and will be held in said Mil-inrd Mil-inrd County Drainage District No. 3. . -iiiurd County, Utah, on the 2nd lay of April, A. D. 1921, for the pur-Koe pur-Koe of submitting to the qualified vo.ers of said Drainage District the question "Shall the said Board of .iupervisors of said drainage district ae auuiorized to issue its bonds in said rum of $440,000.00 (Four Hundred and Forty Thousand Dollars), Dol-lars), for the purpose hereinbefore ai.ated ?" i''or the convenience of the land owners within said drainage district, notice is hereby given that the said board of County Commissioners have provided five polling places within said district, at which polling places said special election will be held on said day as follows: 1. K D. C. Library Hall, Sugar-ville, Sugar-ville, Utah. 2. Community Hall, Woodrow, X'tah. 3.. The Schoolhouse, Sutherland, Utah. 4. The Schoolhouse, Abraham, Utah. , 5. The F. D. Sawyer residence, Hinckley, Utah. Notice is further given that the said Board of County Commissioners have named as the judges who shall preside at the respective polling places at said special election the following namad persons, to-wit: At Sugarville, Utah: 1. Fred Ashby. 2. O. Emrick. 3. W. W. Baker. At Woodrow, Utah: 1. Ralph King. 2. Jerome iracy. 3. Clyde Underbill. At Sutherland. Utah: 1. George R. Jackion. 2. E. L. Abbott. 3. Reuben, Turner. At Abraham, Utah:. 1. Joseph H. Palmer. 2. Guy Xeedham. 3. C. H. Hickman. At Hinckley, Utah: 1. Charles Stratton. 2. Hugh Hilton. 3. F. D.
