Show NOTICE To" WATER USERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Oct. 19, 1922. Notice is hereby given that Q- A-Hanson, A-Hanson, P. S. Justoson, and A. T. Anderson, of Ephralm, Utah have made application In accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Lawa of Utah, 1919, to appropriate Five-tenths (,B) of a Sec Ft. of water from Little Crick-ett Crick-ett Spring In Millard County, Utah. Said spring Issues at a point BO ft. north of a rook monument 8 ft. square at the base and 5 ft. high, located lo-cated 1200 ft. west of Tony's Knoll on the east slope of the Crloket Mountains, and about three and one-half one-half miles south of the north end of said Crloket Mountains, The water will be diverted at the spring and conveyed by means of a pipe line a distance of 1000 ft, to an open flat where it will be used by means of a small reservoir and troughs for stock watering purposes. This Jipplica-tlon Jipplica-tlon is designated in the State Engineer's En-gineer's office as No. 9118. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons thorefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office of-fice within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
