Show LYNNDYL LYES Mrs. Greenwood returned from De-lume, De-lume, Cal., where she spent the last two months visiting her parents. Margery Gunn gave a party to her little friends June 23rd, the occasion of her sixth birthday. Bill Estes of Salt Lake is visiting at the home of his father, Dr. Estes for a short time. Mrs. Richardson returned from Ne-phl Ne-phl Sunday after a visit with her parents. Mrs. Kuhn left this week for Tro-na, Tro-na, Cal. Mr. and Mrs. Perkins and daughter, daugh-ter, of Ogden, are visiting at the Shields home. The Princess Theatre has been taken ta-ken over by Roy Thompson. Ever-y Ever-y one turn out and show your appreciation appre-ciation of the new management. Alice Berry and Ellenor Benson are Fllmore visitors at the home of J. Y. Speakman. Mr. and Mrs. A. Dutson are visitors vis-itors at Park Valley. Mrs. Harry Johnson is visiting her sister at Hooper. Las Vegas won the ball game from us laat Sunday. We hope this Sunday Sun-day the game will be reversed. Sometimes when you- try your level best things go awry you drop the ball you miss your aim you slip a cog and queer the game. The U. P. Athletic Association has purchased a player piano for the Club House and installed a $700.00 radio set. Scan- nell and Reeve Richardson were appointed ap-pointed and have left for Ely, Nevada Ne-vada to confer with representatives of the Grand Central Highway in regard re-gard to improving the connecting link from Eureka via Lynndyl, Delta and Hinckley to Ely. |
