Show LYNNDYL. Leu Morns, Chronicle Representative. J. K. Donald has gone to Salt Lake on Important business. W. Taylor has arrived In town after spending a few weeks at Mllford. Mrs. O. T. Mead Is visiting with friends and relatives In Price, Utah. Mrs. W. J. Starten has been visiting In Murray, Utah, with friends and relatives. O. T. Mead has been sick for several days, his chief trouble being neuralgia. Mr. Scaunell left Lynndyl last week to take charge of some work at Island. Mr. King takes his place until his re turn. The round house Is equipped with an efficient force of mechanics and up-to-date workmen. A number of engines en-gines have recently been overhauled and made practically as good as new. Fred Blake Intends building two new residences which will be an Important Im-portant addition to the town. Mr. Newheart was In town Sunday Inspecting the round house work. Dr. J. 1'. Christie was In town for a few days, being located at the Mead Hotel. The force In the round house mid yards has been cut down to eight hours a day on account of the wash out. W. Hudson and son Joseph of Leamington made a business trip to Lynndyl this week. Mr. Harry Johnson's speeder became be-came uncontrollable down the grade and the brake did not work until the flat at Leamington was reached. N. M. Miller, deputy sheriff for the railroad company between hero and Salt Lake, was notified by Mr. Jenson at Juab, that a fancy quilt, had been taken from his clothes line. At ten P. Ji But wns taken promptly Info custody, and the quilt was returned lo the owner. On January 24th, Mrs. Kdward Whicker presented her husband with a bouncing baby boy. All concerned doing well. The Infant babe of Kzra Bunkers has been very 111 the past week, but at this wilting ft Is reported much better. Our merchant, Mr. L'celes, Is stock Ing Hie confectionery stores of R. K. Robinson at Hinckley with a stock of goods. We understand that the Slake (Quarterly (Quar-terly Conference has been changed from Hinckley to Deseret. All persons who will attend the conference must go to Deseret. Last Sunday evening at C p. 111 the infant babe of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Patten died of bronchitis. It had only been ailing about three or four days. It Is only Just a year ago that they lost another child of about the same age, and In same way. The funeral services were held at, the residence of James M. Itlgby at 4 p. 111. Monday evening. The speakers were Bishop II. K. Maxfletd. W. L. Bishop and .las. M. Rigby. Interment took place In the Purtmr cemetery. Mrs. Martha Ashby returned home last Saturday morning from Salt Lake City, where she had been called to tne bedside of her brother.
