Show Notice to Water Users State Engineer's. Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Dec. 30, 1915. Notice is hereby given that Jean H, Bakenian, whose post office address is Los Angeles, California, has made application in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 19U7, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate one hundred hun-dred seventy-five (175) eubic-ft. of water per second from Sevier River and Blue Lake, Millard County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which lies 1370 feet west of the northeast north-east corner of the southeast quarter of Section 5, Township IS south, Range 8 west, Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed .by means of a ditch and the old river bed for a distance dis-tance of 18 miles and there used from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate irri-gate 11,200 acres of land embraced embrac-ed in Sections' 6, 7, 18, 19, 30, 31, 33 and 34, Township 17 south, Range 9 west; Sections 7. S. 1(5, 17, 18, 19, 29, 30, 31, 33 and 34, Township 18 south, Range 9 west, and approximately 2800 acres of land in unsurveyed Township 17 south, Range 10 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. mer-idian. This application is designated desig-nated in the State Engineer's office as No. 6293. ' All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice.
