Show EXTRA SESSION HAS BEEN ! GALLED FOR APRIL SEVENTH President Specifies No Subject for Legislation, But Will Urge Tariff Revision In His Messags. Wellington President Wilson on Monday Issued a proclamation calling a special session of congress to as-bcr.ib'.o as-bcr.ib'.o April 7. The president specified speci-fied no subject lor the extra session, but it Is fully understood that his men-hiige men-hiige to congress at Its opening will dweil upon the need of tariff revision.
