Show CLEAR LAKE SALT CO. There has been a reorganization of the Clear Lake Salt company at Fillmore, Fill-more, Millard county, with the following follow-ing officers: Alinon Robinson, of tlie State Hank of Millard County, president; presi-dent; James A. Kelh-y, Fillmore, vice-president; vice-president; S. A. Greenwood, secretary; Daniel Stevens, Fillmore, treasurer. C. I). Day Is an additional director. According to Secretary Greenwood the company holds 2'"' acres of salt lands. The deposits are rather re markable. The salt Is brought to the surface from subterranean deposits by springs. During the cold weather the evaporation Is less than the flow so that In thp winter from 10 Inches to about one foot of salt accumulates. In the summer when the evaporation Is greater than the supply, the springs clog up, but when the salt begins to be harvested the flow starts again. Salt in solution is almost pure. An analysl of this product give W.I per cent pure. All that has to be done Is to harvest it and arr.inge so that the supply will last all the year, In other winter months.
