Show Notice to Water Users State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, August, 2nd, 1916. , Notice is hereby given that Edgar Nielson, et al, whose post office ad dress is Oak City, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the compiled laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate two (2) cubic-feet of water per second from three springs in Pole Canyon, Millard County, Utah. Said springs issue at points located as follows; fol-lows; From the southeast cornor of Section 3, Township 16 south, Range 4 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. Spring No. 1, bears south 27 degrees 30 minutes east, 17,960 feet; Spring No. 2, south 37 degrees 45 minutes east 15,320 feet; Spring No. 3, south 29 degrees de-grees east 13,940 feet. The water from the three springs will be collected and commingled at Spring No. 3, from where it will be conveyed by means of a ditch and a pipe line for a distance of 28,040 feet and there used from March 15th to November 15th. inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 440 acres of land embraced in Sections 34 and 35, Township Town-ship 15 south, Range 4 west and Sections Sec-tions 2 and 3, Township 16 south, Range 4 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. As much of said water as may be necessary nec-essary will be used during the entire year for domestic purposes. This ap plication is designated in the State Engineer's En-gineer's office as No. 6621. All protests agattist the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefore, must be made by affdavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50 and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
