The State of Utah to the Defendant De-fendant : You are hereby summoned to appear before the above entitled court within ten days after the services of this Summons upon you,- if served within the County Coun-ty in which this action is brought, otherwise within twenty days after the service and defend the above entitled . action brought against you to recover a judgment for the sum of Ninety-seven and 85-100 dollars, and in case of your failure fail-ure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint.
