Fidel, of Oaais, Utah, who marie Entry No. 2H2, under provisions provi-sions of Chapter 2, Title 75, Compiled Laws of Utah, l!KI7.as amended, commonly com-monly known as the "Carey Act" which embraces nwjnwj ejnwj Sec. 8, Twp. 18 south of Range 7 west do hereby give notice of my intention to make final proof to establish my claim to the land above described, and that I expect to prove that I have settled upon, reclaimed reclaim-ed and cultivated said lands as required ' by the laws and the rules and regulations regula-tions relative thereto, before Frank Beckwith, who is the authorized repre sentative of the State Board of Land Commissioners of the State of Utah, at Delta, Utah, on Mar. 22, 1916, by two of the following witnesses: Frank Johnson.
