Hol-den. The Holden basket ball team was to play Oak City the same night, but about an hour before they were to play Ihey sent wind that they were not coining. The early arrivals stated thai the team was ready to come ami part of the players told the Oak City boys the day before they would sure come. It. looks like a case of cold feet on the part of the manager because one of bis players was in Delta and he could not get Just the team he wanted to coiiim. Oak City stayed with their word and played Holden with three Junior players play-ers In the team rather than disappoint them. It Is hoped that the weather will get warmer or all the player can come and give us a return match.
