O'llrlen, says that he took great pains In the preparation of bts speeches. He thought the subject over night and day, and sometimes committed the peroration and other Important passages pas-sages to memory, although In the main he trusted to the Inspiration of the moment for the words In which to clothe his Ideas. Writing to a cor-reepondent cor-reepondent In 1SK8, Hrlght said: "As to modes of preparation for peaking, It seems to me that every nisu would readily discover what suits him best.
