A the county becomes more nettled up they wilt bring in more colonies. They are now beginning begin-ning to take out comb honey from the strong colonies and will begin extracting extract-ing It from the weaker colonies about the end of the month. They will take the houey out bout every three or four weeks according to the activity of the bees. 11 year the bees gathered gath-ered honey until October. The colonies aro shipped to California In December and brought back to Utah In June. Mr. Hone tells the editor that they get the finest kind of honey here, the large amount of alfalfa bloHHoms furnishing fur-nishing a clear and finely flavored houey. They ship large amount to Chicago, where It U used In the cracker factories. There Is also a finely flavored honey, though a little darker, extracted from the American bee plant, or common stink week, of which there Is a good deal In this part of the country.
