Tbey will bring the body to be laid by the side of her husband at Garrison. We have not learned when the funeral will be held. Christmas Eve a dance was given in the Garrison hall, which was well attended, at-tended, everyone having a most enjoyable en-joyable time. Whiskey was conspicuous con-spicuous by Its absence Hn the hall) except for two young Indians who had been drinking, and could not understand under-stand why they should not be received at the dance. I think our citizens make a very grave mistake, tht they do not make an effort to discover and punih the parties guilty of selling whiskey to the Indalns. Indians, whiskey whis-key and guns are a bad combination. |
