While here they made a trip to the dry farm land on the bench east of llurtner. A surprise was tendered the Bishopric Bishop-ric by the ward in the Amusement Hall Thursday eveuing. Nearly two hundred were present and spent the evening In games and dancing. Light refreshments were served and a very entertaining program was given. Miss Agnes Kardley has returned to her home In St. George for an extended ex-tended visit with parents and friends. We have been celebrating Yuletide In earnest this week. Monday night the Old Folks had a genuine old fashioned fash-ioned dancing party. All over fifty were given complimentary tickets. Miss Helen Cullister gave a bundle shower Friday evening at her borne In honor of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Sampson. A very pleasant evening was spent by the large number In attendance. Joseph Sampson and wife of Wayne County, also his brother George, are spending the holidays with their parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Sampson.
