Show DESERET . . . The R. & K. Club met Thursday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Za-da Za-da Dewsnup. A very nice afternoon after-noon was spent after which a nice lunch was served. Mrs. Myrle Bennett is visiting at Las Vegas, Nevada, with Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Cahoon and Mrs. Cloyd Bennett. Eldon Eliason from Salt Lake City is spending this week with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Eliason. Elia-son. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. B. Mace and family from Fillmore visited Thursday Thurs-day with Mr. and Mrs. Henry Dewsnup. Mrs. Eliza Cropper is at Tooele visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Newell Knight. Mr. and Mrs. Merlin Hansen and daughter from Clearfield, Utah, spent Sunday and Monday with Mrs. Hansen's parents, Mr. and Mrs, Elmer Dewsnup. There are several cases of flu at Deseret. Norma Moody and Mrs. Effie Moody are visiting at Salt Lake City. Mrs. Will Cook was operated on this week at Salt Lake City. She is reported doing fairly good. Mrs. Gene Allred and infant daughter are visiting with Mr. and Mrs. T. B. Allred. i Bishop Ralph Crafts and J. H. i Dewsnup spent the first of the week at Salt Lake City. Keith Moody, who has employment employ-ment at Wendover, visited over the week end with his family. At Sunday Sacrament meeting, Mr. Henrie and Mr. and Mrs. Bunker Bunk-er were our "home" missionaries. Mrs. Bunker played two selections selec-tions on her xylophone and Mr. . Bunker bore his testimony in Spanish. We hope to have them visit us again in the near future. Mrs. Ava Bennett is visiting at Salt Lake City with her daughters, Mrs. Ina Barnes and Mrs. Lola Bishop. |
