Show NOTICE The Board of Education of Millard Mil-lard County School District will accept ac-cept bids on stokers, including installation in-stallation of same, for district schools at Meadow, Oak City and Sutherland, Utah. Branded on left hip probably (H), (brand not very clear.) Said animal was taken by Rus-sel Rus-sel Knight on the 9th day of March 1944, for trespassing. D. A. DEKKER, Poundkeeper, Delta Precinct. lx NOTICE OF VACANCY OF OFFICE OF SUPERVISOR IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF MILLARD COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT NUMBER THREE OF MILLARD COUNTY, UTAH. AND THE TIME AND PLACE OF FILLING THE SAME. NOTICE is hereby given that the term of office of Elmer Fullmer as supervisor of Millard County Drainage Drain-age District Number Three of Millard Mil-lard County, Utah, has expired and that the Board of County Commissioners Commis-sioners will fill such vacancy by appointment at a meeting of the Board to be held at the Chambers of the Board in the County Court House in Fillmore City, in Millard County, Utah on Wednesday the fifth day of April, 1944, at the hour of 2 p.m. and if on or before said hour and date a majority of the owners of titles to land within said district shall sign and file a written writ-ten petition with the County Clerk of Millard County, Utah, addressed to the Board of County Commissioners Commis-sioners of said County and request the appointment of any certain person to fill such vacancy the Board of County Commissioners will appoint such person as recommended rec-ommended by the petition representing repre-senting the greater number of acres of land in said district. But if no such petition is signed or filed within the time specified then the County Commissioners of said County will immediately proceed pro-ceed to fill such vacancy by the appointment of any competent person whom they select.
