Kimber are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Norma, to Mr. Frank Gayle Farnsworth, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Farnsworth of Bioknell, formerly of Beaver. Delta Seminary Ciives Programs The Students of the Delta L. D. S. Seminary enjoyed a Thanks-giving Worship Service, Nov. 16, in the Stake House. Those who took part were: Lu .Jean Roper, Alice Kay Moody, Dorene Moody, Richard Snow, Vona Lue Greiathouse, Leah Church Niel Forster, Brother Glen, Gen-i- Johnson, and the Seminetts, consisting of Thelma Black, Bon-it- a Johnson, R'Lene Jensen, Ann Kelly, Janice Western, Nolene Dut-so- Barbara Welton, Beulah Bar-ney, and Darlene Fullmer. We wish to commend Ila Rae Taylor and Howard Johnson for the excellent work they are doing. Two programs were enjoyed Sunday, Nov. 23, given by Bro. Glens classes, in the Oak City ward and the Delta 1st ward. Those taking part were:' Cecil Jacobsen, Florence Church, Robert Vest, Jack Nielson, Chloeen Call-ister, Emogene Nielson, Niel Lake, Susan Nielson, Margene Finlinson, Darla Rae Alldredge, Hazel Skeem, Geneal Barney, Meredith Anderson, and Cherril Kay Pace. A. Paxton. of the guest book. The bridegroom has completed a mission to the Eastern States. At the present time he is with the U. S. Army and is stationed at Camy Kilmer, New Jersey, awai-ting assignment over seas. Are Honored At Reception Mr. and Mrs. Eldon A. Curtis wish to announce the marriage of their daughter, Carol Jean, to De Laine H. Green. The young couple were rnarried on Nov. 7, in the Salt Lake Temple. The bride groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lester H. Green, Riverton. A reception in the Lehi first ward meeting house honored the pair on Monday Nov. 10th. For the event the new Mrs. Green wore a gown of white satin styled with a pointed lace collar, and inserts in the long pointed sleeves. The 'full floor-leng- th skirt featured scalloped lace inserts ex-tending down the front. Her finger tip veil of illusion, was caught to a tiara o'f seed pearls. She carried a bouquet of white and pink roses surrounding an orchid. Mrs; James C. Bodell was matron of honor for her sister, and miss Gloria Thomas, maid of honor. Bridesmaids were miss Norlene Green and miss Vauna Green. Little Bonnie Jean Curtis was flow-er girl. They wore pastel gowns, ballerina length and carried bou-quets of chrysanthemums. The mother of the bride wore a coral evening gown while the bridegroom's mother chose a pale blue model. Both wore corsages, of pink and white carnations. Ray Green was best man, while ushers were James C. Bodell, Allen Green, De Verl Kylen, Rodney Turner and Don Merril. In charge of the gifts were Mrs. La Fern Barnes, DeOn Curtis, James Curtis, Judy Curtis and Jan-et Ferrer. Assisting with serving of refresh-ments were Joan and Martha Jean Davis. Mrs. Allen Green was in charge Frank S. Beckwith spent y in Salt Lake City attending a directors' meeting of the Utah State Press Association. Delta Garden Oesls Meets Friday evening, Nov. 21, the Delta Garden Club met at the home of Mrs. Irene Little, and was host to Deseret Garden Club. Mr. and Mrs. M. Ward Moody showed colored films and told of their travels in the Hawaiian Is-lands last summer. Apple pie anl ice cream were served later. Make Decorations Delta Garden Club is sponsoring a meeting Thursday, Dec. 11, at 2 p.m. in the kitchen of the stake house, where Christmas decora- - tions or arrangements will be done. L,yric Lore Club Is Entertained Members of the Lyric Lore Club and their husbands were enter-tained a a Thanksgiving party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Snow on Thursday night Tables were decollated in a Thanksgiving theme, and turkey dinner with all the trimmings was served. Hosts were Mr. and Mrs. Grant Snow, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Warner, Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Anderson and Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Jeffery. Others present were Mr. and Mrs. E. D. Harris, Mr. land Mrs. Wm. S.
