Show Deseret MRS. ARPRILLA SCOW Mrs. Evah Conk spent several days at Salt Lake City this past I week visiting her sister, Mrs. H. M. Main. j Mr. and Mis. Grant. Humphries and children from Salt Lake City are visiting with Mrs. Humphries parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cleve Rowley. Row-ley. Mrs. Ruth Winfield and two dau ghters are spending ten days visiting visit-ing at Afton, Texas. Evah Conk received word this week that her son, Pfc. Wm. J. Conk, has been transferred to Camp Cook, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Conk and children spent a few days at Tooele Too-ele and Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Dave Moffitt and children from Salt Lake City spent Saturday' and Sunday at Deseret visiting with Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Webb. Mr. Moffitt returned to his home Sunday and Mrs. Moffitt and children remained for a week's visk. Mr. and Mrs. Lincoln Cropper and son Vincent left Monday for Anchorage, Alaska to visit with daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Waller, Jr. They left by plane from Salt Lake Monday evening and expect to be gone about ten days. On Saturday evening Eldon and La Voy Erickson and Mrs. Millie Dewsnup and Mrs. Veda Robison attended the wedding dance at ! Holden for Mrs. Dewsnup's niece, the former Geniel Harmon. Maylon Erickson spent the week end at Beaver and Puffers Lake with friends and then made a trip to Cedar City on Monday before be-fore returning home. Mr. Earl Christensen spent several sev-eral days at Salt Lake City where he received medical care. Mr. and Mrs. Welling Zundell from Ogden visited over the week end with Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Warner. Mrs. Warner and children returned with her parents to Ogden Og-den on Monday for a week's visit. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Farns-worth Farns-worth and family from Salt Lake City are spending this week with Mrs. Farnsworth's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Moody. There were two family reunions held at Deseret Saturday and Sunday. Sun-day. The families of the late John R. Bennett and the families of the late Butler T. Allred. There were a large number of out-of-town people here. Brenda, Karen and Gordon Seho-enberger Seho-enberger from Fillmore are visiting visit-ing with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Schoenberger. Mr. and Mrs. Matt Cropper and Mr. and Mrs. Marlow Cropper and daughter attended the rodeo at Price over the week end. Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Warner and Mr. and Mrs. Jay Warner spent the week end at Trout Creek fishing. fish-ing. They reported fishing good. |
