Show BY MARY JOHNSON Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Nielson and family lelt Friday lor a visit with mis. Nielsen's sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Cockran ot Kansas City. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Johnson and family, Marie and Frank Johnson, ol Hurricane, were over-night visitors vis-itors ot Mr. and Mrs. Lile Johnson Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur" Hoover made a trip to Salt Lake last week. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Thompson and girls visited in Salt Lake City with relatives Wednesday and Thursday. Mr. Thompson is taking his vacation. Sunday they visited in Milford with their son, Mac and family who have a new baby daughter. dau-ghter. Mrs. Joe Easterbrook and children child-ren were here for the week with Mrs. Mary Smith. Friday Mr. and Mrs. Jim Smith Jr. o Salt Lake came down and spent the day Saturday . The Smiths enjoyed fishing at Cherry Creek. Miss Rosalynd Edwards spent several days in Milford while her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Grant Edwards Ed-wards and Alan were on a fishing trip to Fish Lake. Mrs. Anna Mc Mahn was here over the week end with. Mr. and Mrs. Curt Johnson. She returned to Tooele Monday morning. Mrs. Lucile Johnson had her sister sis-ter and mother from Idaho for a visit. Mr. and Mrs. Theron Jeppson and son, Craig of Salt Lake were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Lile Johnson Sunday. Mrs. Eleanor Nielson and mother, moth-er, Mrs. Minnie Ashby, spent the day Thursday at Manti with other members of the Stephenson family. fam-ily. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Mc Cardell stopped off on their way home to Burley Idaho after a trip to California, for an overnight stay with Mr. and Mrs. Harry Mc Cardell, Card-ell, who drove them on to Salt Lake, where they took the bus home. Mrs. Lucille Overson and boys Were Provo visitors last Tuesday. Mrs. Carolyn Gaysford and children chil-dren visited with Mr. and Mrs. Bill Simpson Saturday then they left for Provo for a visit with Mrs. Gaysford's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chick Simpson. Mrs. Eliza Farnsworth has been here for the past week with her daughter, Margie Greathouse and family. Mr. and Mrs. George Max- well and son spent the week end at the Greathouse home also. Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Whatcott have their grand daughter, Marie while her mother, Iva Howlett and sons are vacationing at Yellowstone Yellow-stone Park. A large group attended the wedding wed-ding dance at Delta for Mr. and Mrs. Elwin Dutson Saturday evening. even-ing. Down from Bluffdale were Mr. and Mrs. Darold Turner and Mr. and Mrs. Ballard Dutson. Mrs. Clarence Hogan left Sunday Sun-day for Idaho where she will visit her sisters, Mrs. Sophia Burke in Poeatello and Mrs. Emily Whitehead White-head at Grace. Monday evening Mrs. Mary John son, Mrs. Lucille Overson, and Mrs. Mary Smith attended the wedding reception of Mr. and Mrs. Her-rick Her-rick Muhlestein at Cedar City. The bride, Joyce, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Royal Terry. Sunday evening the speakers in church were Mrs. Alberta Banks and Mrs. Hazel Sheriff. Sibyl and Nona Sheriff, accompanied by their sister, Gwen, sang a duet. |
